Meet Simone

Simone is a Women’s Health Mentor whose mission is to create strong and empowered women through weight training and lifestyle coaching. Simone started her professional career in a corporate gym setting where she received an extensive amount of education on topics such as exercise science, nutrition fundamentals and habit coaching and then branched off to start her own coaching business. She has over 7 years of professional experience in helping women lose body fat, build muscle and strength, and live a life where they love how they feel in their skin. Simone has been on her own journey of personal transformation for years, and has learned so much in each chapter. Whether your goal is to lose body fat, get stronger, build muscle, or manage pain, Simone will guide you each step of the way towards success. Simone’s approach to fitness is simple, straightforward and is for the woman looking to elevate her mind, body and confidence.
